Job Description: ■Department Mission & Overview The company’s comprehensive online payment service is one of Japan’s largest payment platforms, processing over 12 trillion yen annually. This department is responsible for end-to-end operations, from planning and requirement definition to development and operations. To achieve the company’s 25% operating profit growth target, the team is actively involved in building new services and improving existing ones. Since the service demands high quality and reliability, the team balances innovation and stability while maintaining a fast-paced development and operational environment. ■Job Overview The company operates one of Japan’s largest payment infrastructures. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system development and operations, overseeing end-to-end processes for the payment service. ■Responsibilities As a leading company in the payment industry, the company's “Comprehensive Payment Service” provides financial services that connect companies and people in all aspects of e-commerce/finance/public as part of an important social infrastructure. For example, the company is promoting many socially influential projects in-house that create new payment platforms and make people's lives more convenient, such as building payment services for online shopping and utility bills, and collaborating with banks/credit card companies on smartphone payments. The domestic payment and financial service infrastructure continues to evolve, and there are many opportunities to be exposed to new technologies such as AI/fraud detection. Required Skills: 【MUST】 Experience in web application system development using Java or other open-source languages [Particularly] Proficiency in the following development technologies: - Java, Spring, Shell Script, Linux Experience in developing applications using RDBMS 【WANT】 *Meet any of the following Experience in developing e-commerce web applications (payment-related projects are a plus) Background in large-scale e-commerce (mall) businesses or their system development companies Experience working on front-end or back-end systems for financial institutions or credit card companies Hands-on experience in upstream processes (requirement definition, basic design) Experience managing external vendors and project members (SIer experience is welcomed) Experience building web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, nginx, etc. Experience using version control systems such as SVN, Git Experience in smartphone app development using Java, Swift, or Objective-C *For whom: Enthusiastic about Generative AI and the latest IT technologies/tools, contributing to the company’s initiative to become the No.1 AI-driven enterprise group
