Job Description: The company is building an ecosystem of used mobile devices with the mission of “delivering the next value that you can be proud of to your loved ones. The company's back-end software engineers are expected to take a leadership role in the design, development, testing, and operation of web servers and API servers, and to take a proactive approach. Most of the server-side software in the company is written in Go and run on Google Cloud, and some is written in Python. You will be required to write highly readable and reusable code and tests for these software with an awareness of team development. In addition, you may also be asked to take part in SRE activities to achieve DevOps, including maintenance of the execution environment in Google Cloud, CI/CD, and Terraform settings, depending on your preference. 【Responsibilities】・Development and operation of server-side applications for in-house inventory management systems and purchase applications ・Development and operation of APIs that integrate with internal and external applications ・Setup and integration of Google Cloud products ・Construction of a platform for integrating and analyzing information gathered using APIs, scraping, etc. and data generated internally *Scope of change: Operations as defined by the company

Required Skills: ■Required Ability to solve abstract and complex problems using knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms Understanding of SDLC, including version control systems and CI/CD 2+ years of experience in back-end development using either Go/Java/Kotlin/C#/C++. Experience in either web application development, API integration in microservices, or inventory management system development Experience with public clouds such as Google Cloud, AWS Knowledge of container technologies, databases, and information security ■Preferred Construction of REST API Construction of an API integration system using gRPC with Protocol Buffer Online transactional inventory management system Experience in development and operation of Google Cloud products such as GAE, Cloud Run, CloudSQL, Dataflow, BigQuery, and Firebase ETL construction using BI tools linked with Dataflow (Apache Beam) and BigQuery Knowledge of design patterns and architectural design Mentoring and management of junior members Fluent in Japanese and business level English for remote meetings ■Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's mission “Deliver the next value that you can be proud of to the people you care about.
